Physical form

Affinity purified immunoglobulin presented as a liquid in 10 mM HEPES, pH 7.5, with 150 mM NaCl, 100 µg/mL BSA and 50% glycerol.

Specificity

Synapsin I, phosphoSer603. This is the site phosphorylated by Calcium calmodulin kinase II. The antibody recognizes the ~78 kD Synapsin I, phosphoSer603 protein. Immunolabeling is blocked by the immunogen peptide but no by the corresponding non-phospho peptide.

Storage and Stability

Maintain at -20°C in undiluted for up to 6 months from date of receipt. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Do not store in a self-defrosting freezer.
